Handmade Chain-Stitch Rugs :
The crewel or chain-stitch rug is an exquisite embroidery as each stitch is a testament to the
artist's passion for their craft, and the final result is breathtaking. Given to the handmade nature
of these rugs, expect a slight variation in each of them. The embroidery is carefully done with wool
yarn on tightly woven cotton fabric. Our rugs are 100% Wool face with base and back 100% cotton.
Our rugs have anti-slip PVC dotted backing which adds to the uniqueness of the rug. These handmade
rugs are either rectangular or round in shape and can also be used as wall hangings to impart an
artistic appeal to the walls. The standard sizes of rectangular rugs are: 60x90cm , 90x150cm,
75x120cm, 75x300cm, 120x180cm, 150x244cm.
The standard sizes of round rugs are 75cm dia, 120cm dia, 180cm dia.
